Terms of Service

By accessing or using Zura, the AI-powered real estate platform operated by AMRAT AI ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AMRAT AI. Please read them carefully before using the platform.

Zura is an AI-powered real estate assistant platform designed for the Israeli market. The platform automates the real estate sales and rental funnel — including lead qualification, property matching, Q&A, price negotiation, viewing scheduling, and human agent handoff — through WhatsApp and Facebook channels.

Our services include but are not limited to:

• AI-powered conversational assistant for real estate inquiries
• Automated lead qualification and property matching
• Listing management and publication across channels
• Appointment scheduling and viewing coordination
• Integration with WhatsApp Business API and Facebook/Meta platforms
• Broker dashboard for managing leads, listings, and communications

The Zura broker platform is intended for use by licensed real estate brokers and professionals operating in the State of Israel. By registering for an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You hold a valid real estate broker license issued by the relevant Israeli authority
• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Your use of the platform complies with all applicable local and national laws

End-users (buyers, renters, sellers) who interact with Zura through WhatsApp or Facebook are not required to hold a license but are bound by these Terms insofar as they use our services.

To use certain features of the platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Promptly update your account information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information or violate these Terms.

You agree not to use the platform to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Post fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive property listings
• Send unsolicited marketing, spam, or bulk messages through our channels
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users, leads, or third parties
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure or security
• Scrape, mine, or extract data from the platform without authorization
• Use the AI assistant to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or discriminatory
• Impersonate any person, entity, or misrepresent your affiliation

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who violates this policy, including account suspension or termination.

Zura integrates with Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) to enable brokers to publish listings and respond to inquiries. By connecting your Meta account to Zura:

• Posting authorization: You grant AMRAT AI permission to post property listings and related content on your behalf to the Facebook Pages and/or Groups that you explicitly select and authorize within the platform settings.
• Content ownership: You retain ownership of all listing content you provide. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your listings comply with applicable laws and Meta's Community Standards.
• Revocation: You may revoke our posting permissions at any time through your Zura account settings or through Meta's app permissions interface.
• Meta compliance: Our use of Meta's APIs complies with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We do not sell or share data obtained through Meta integrations with third-party advertisers or data brokers.

Our platform uses the WhatsApp Business API (powered by Twilio) to facilitate communication between brokers and their leads. By using the WhatsApp features:

• Business use only: WhatsApp communications through Zura are strictly for legitimate real estate business purposes — property inquiries, appointment scheduling, and transaction-related updates.
• No unsolicited messaging: You agree not to use the platform to send spam or unsolicited messages. All outbound communications must comply with WhatsApp's Business Policy and applicable anti-spam laws.
• Message retention: Conversation data may be stored as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Twilio compliance: Messages are transmitted via Twilio's infrastructure and are subject to Twilio's Acceptable Use Policy in addition to these Terms.

Zura uses artificial intelligence to generate responses, property recommendations, market insights, and other content. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Not professional advice: AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or professional real estate advice.
• No guarantee of accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. You should independently verify all material information before making decisions.
• Professional consultation: For legal, financial, or regulatory matters, you should consult with a qualified professional.
• Human oversight: AI-generated communications are subject to escalation to human agents when the system determines that human intervention is appropriate.

All intellectual property rights in the Zura platform — including software, algorithms, design, trademarks, logos, and documentation — are owned by AMRAT AI or its licensors.

• You retain ownership of the content you provide (listings, images, descriptions).
• By uploading content, you grant AMRAT AI a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content as necessary to provide the services.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• AMRAT AI provides the platform "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• AMRAT AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.
• Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to AMRAT AI in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
• We are not responsible for the actions, omissions, or conduct of any broker, lead, or third party using the platform.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

• By you: You may stop using the platform and request account deletion at any time by contacting us.
• By us: We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property, and Governing Law) shall remain in effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Tel Aviv, Israel.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date
• Sending a notification through our messaging channels or email

Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform.
