• Meta platforms: When you interact with us via WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger, we receive messages and basic profile information as permitted by Meta's platform policies

• Supabase: Authentication data when you log into the broker dashboard

When you express interest in a property, your contact information and preferences are shared with the relevant licensed broker to facilitate your inquiry.

• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — Messaging platform integration
• Supabase — Authentication and database services
• OpenRouter / AI providers — Natural language processing for our AI assistant
• Railway — Cloud hosting infrastructure

All providers are contractually bound to protect your data and use it only for the specified purpose.

4.3 Legal Requirements

Our use of the WhatsApp Business API complies with WhatsApp's Business Policy. Messages sent through our AI assistant are limited to legitimate real estate inquiries and service communications. We do not send unsolicited marketing messages.
