How to Request Data Deletion

   Send us an email

   Email us at info@amratai.com with the subject line: Data Deletion Request

   Include your identifying information

   In your email, provide at least one of the following so we can locate your data:

   • Your WhatsApp phone number
   • Your Facebook profile name or email
   • Your registered email address on Zura

   We process your request

   We will confirm receipt within 48 hours and permanently delete your data within 7 days. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.

What Gets Deleted

• All WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger conversation history
• Your contact information (name, phone number, email)
• Your real estate preferences and search history
• Your broker account and associated data (if applicable)
• Any property listings or records tied to your account

Exceptions

Certain data may be retained where required by law (e.g., financial transaction records, legal disputes) or where legitimate business interests apply. We will inform you if any data cannot be deleted and explain why.
